Increasing Severe Risk For Tallahassee Area

The Storm Prediction Center has upgraded Tallahassee and neighboring communities to a Slight Risk for severe storms today. Tornado warnings have already been issued this morning across parts of the Florida Big Bend, Southwestern Georgia, and Southern Alabama.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 2PM this afternoon for most of the Florida Big Bend and portions of Southern Georgia. Have a way to get warnings.

While severe storm chances are lower across the Jacksonville area, an isolated warning or two is still possible.
